Moore-Odom Wildlife Foundation – Black Lake, Hackberry, Latitude 30°1’54.88”, Longitude -93°29’33.29”, (MOWF Embankment Repair Project; re-cap approximately 10,740 linear feet of earthen levee to prevent saltwater intrusion into freshwater marsh and allow more effective marsh management capabilities within the marsh unit. This levee will protect and manage over 600 acres of freshwater marsh), Cameron Parish, LA. (260301)

    b. Justin J. Reeves, LLC – Off Price Lake Road, Rockefeller Refuge, Grand Chenier, (Southwest Coastal, Rockefeller Refuge, Shoreline Protection, Cameron Parish, LA., ED 26-002; proposes site investigations including 4 soil borings approximately 40 feet below the existing mudline. Project is intended to reduce shoreline retreat along this critical stretch of Gulf Shoreline, thus protecting marshes, ridges, and infrastructure, as well as promote the shallowing, settling out, and natural vegetative colonization of the overwash material landward of the shoreline protection), Cameron Parish, LA.     c. Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC – Calcasieu Lake, Cameron (No Name Bayou (CS-78) Project which was authorized by LDCE under C20220025 and COE MVN-2015-02171-WPP and Parish LCUP#220604. This was a CWPPRA project issued to NOAA as the federal sponsor. CP2 LNG has coordinated with CPRA to assume responsibility for the No Name Bayou Project and is seeking authorization through this CUP application in order to utilize the spoil placement area identified for the No Name Bayou Marsh Creation project. The project involves dredging the marine berthing area on Monkey Island and placing within the Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge (CPNWR). The BUDM material will be transported to the site by extending its existing slurry pipeline within the CPNWR). (260303)

    d. Beckenstein Estate – Black Lake, Hackberry, Latitude 30°2’17.3”, Longitude -93°29’33.89”, (Beckenstein North Levee Repair Project; re-cap approximately 5,182 linear feet of earthen levee to prevent saltwater intrusion into freshwater marsh and allow more effective marsh management capabilities within the marsh unit. This levee will protect and manage over 385 acres of freshwater marsh), Cameron Parish, LA. (260304)

    e. Cameron Parish Police Jury – East and West Hackberry Oil Field included in Black Lake, Hackberry, Section 9-19, 23, 24, 30; 13, 24, 25, T12S, R10W, (proposes to remove legacy oil and gas infrastructure and conduct targeted sediment remediation activities to improve site safety, water quality, and ecological function in support of coastal restoration and hazard mitigation), Cameron Parish, LA.     f. Cameron Parish Gravity Drainage District No. 4 – Creole, Section 27-29, T14S, R07W, (Maintenance of Lateral “O”; perform maintenance dredging along 16,141 linear feet of drainage lateral), Cameron Parish, LA. (260306)

    g. BP America Production Company (BPAPC) – Grand Chenier, Section 5, T15S, R03W, (HET proposes to perform pit closure activity in a select area of Miami Alternatives, LLC to remove and dispose pit bottom sediments, mixing and blending of remaining pit bottoms, and backfilling to appropriate land surfaces with unimpacted fill materials at the request of BP in accordance with the Louisiana Department of Conservation and Energy requirements), Cameron Parish, LA.     h. Royal Engineers and Consultants – 5476 Grand Chenier Highway, Grand Chenier, (Deep Lake Geotechnical Investigation; proposes to remove soil samples for analysis using cone penetration tests (CPTs) and bore drilling samples (BDS). This will include 15 inland CPTs, 10 inland BDS, and 4 offshore BDS), Cameron Parish, LA. (260307)

Sec. 10-69. Temporary Food Vendors: Holly Beach, the Village of Cameron and the Industrial LNG Facilities

Temporary food service vendors can sell food or drink in a temporary location on Holly Beach, the Village of Cameron and the Industrial LNG Facilities provided:

REMOVE THE FOLLOWING:

(6) A limit of no more than 5 temporary food service permits in the Village of Cameron issued within one (1) year, and allow Applicants 60 Days to comply with permit. Excluding vendors selling food products such as ice cream, frozen novelties, snow cones, etc.

  1. Consideration of adopting proposed amendments to the Cameron Parish Code of Ordinances listed above: Chapter 10 Article VII – Temporary Food Service Festivals and Fairs

  2. Consideration of accepting North Cameron Emergency Operations Center as substantially complete
