      contract time 93 additional days:

      • a. COR #47 – additional labor and materials to add electrical and A/V to
        Courtroom areas – increase $21,007.06, 21 additional days
      • b. COR #48 – Weather and unforeseen project related delays 72 additional days,
        no contract increase
    15. Consideration of Change Order No. 1 – Cameron Fisheries Project Wescold Systems,
      Contractor Credit ($25,057.00), Delete item #6 – Glycol Chiller from the scope of work
    16. Increase allocation of funding to LSU Ag Center in the amount of $1,547.00 for
      Extension Programs
    17. Consideration of Request from Venture Global to Commence with the Abandonment of
