The Police Jury is partnering with the state Department of Transportation and Development for a right-of-way cleanup project.

The joint venture by the Police Jury and DOTD is to collect documented debris piles within the state rights-of-way around the parish.

Cleanup will take place Monday, April 1.

It’s important to note that new debris cannot be added to any of the sites. A person found to be pushing a debris pile onto any of the right-of-way sites on the list will be responsible for all costs.

Debris within the state rights-of-way will be picked up only at the following locations:
