a. Louisiana DOTD – Creole, East Creole Highway, (State Project No. H.01870 LA 1143: LA 27 – Muria Road; proposed patching, widening, and overlaying the existing roadway and drainage work. Drainage work involves removing several existing drainage structures, mechanisms including concrete catch basins, corrugated metal pipes, concrete pressure pipes, and replacing with reinforced concrete pipes and reinforced arch concrete pipes. The removal and replacement of existing drainage mechanisms will occur at 20 separate locations along the project route), Cameron Parish, LA. (241101)
b. ICON Environmental – Grand Chenier, Crab Lake Field, (proposes environmental of Crab Lake Field to determine impacts from E&P Production), Cameron Parish, LA. (241102)
c. Luke Andries – Hackberry, 331 Lake Breeze Road, (proposes for recreational use, a metal roof addition to existing boat dock structure that includes ten (10×10) posts, three (6×6) posts and 15 cubic yards of concrete to existing pad), Cameron Parish, LA. (241103)
d. BP America Production Company – Big Lake, Off of Miguel Street, (proposes to remediate environmental conditions on the Geer property in relation to historical oil and gas exploration activities to satisfy Conservation Order 038-015-001. The remediation plan was developed based on site investigation activities to vertically and horizontally delineate constituents of concern conducted in 2012, 2018, 2022, and 2024. The two recent investigation activities were documented in P2021108 and P20170699), Cameron Parish, LA. (241104)
e. Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, LLC – Johnson Bayou, Off Deep Bayou Road, (CS 342 Units 1-3 Abandonment Project; proposes to abandon Units 1-3. The scope of work includes disconnecting and blind flanging the fuel lines, inlet gas headers, and discharge gas headers. The exhaust stacks will be removed, the canopy will be covered, and power to the field control panels will be disabled), Cameron Parish, LA. (241105) - Motion to Approve Appointments:
a. Creole Nature Trail Board – Appointment to Open Seat (tabled from last month)
b. Fire District No. 10 Civil Service Board – Appointment to Open Seat (tabled from last month)

d. Fire Protection District No. 10 – Ian Griffith, term expired
e. Tourism Commission Board – Michelle Long, term expired - Motion to accept the OEP Pavilion as substantial complete
- Consideration of COR 002 – North Cameron Emergency Operation Center, decrease in contract amount by ($750.00). Credit for not installing cameras, no changes in contract time
- Motion granting president authority to sign Proclamation to declare November 2024 as National Family Caregiver Month
- Motion granting president authority to sign Resolution defining residential units for trash pickup
- Motion granting president authority to sign Resolution for First Responder Homestead Exemption per Act 179
- Motion granting president authority to sign lease agreement with the Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Festival for the property around the multipurpose building for the 2025 festival
- Motion authorizing rental agreement with the Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Festival for the multipurpose building for the 2025 festival
- Motion granting authority to advertise the intent to abandon PR 364 (West Ave) from PR 362 (Cameron Dr) heading south to the end
- Motion granting authority to advertise to accept the beginning of Private Road, Angler Bay Drive approximately 1600 feet, with preliminary stipulations residents will provide culverts and limestone
