DESCRIPTION:
Proposed installation of a 42″ pipeline measuring approximately 37 miles in length. The pipeline will begin in Nederland, TX and end in Cameron Parish, LA where it will tap into the existing Stingray mainline at the Stingray 501 station. Approx. 969,016 cy of material will be excavated and placed onsite and approximately 6,511 cy of material will be excavated and hauled offsite. Approx. 570 cy of concrete, 536 cy of gravel, 935 cy of rock, and 10,077 cy of soil will be hauled in to be used as fill.
Interested parties are hereby notified that in accordance with LAC Title 43, Chapter 7, §723.C.6 the Office of Permitting and Compliance (OPC) of the Department of Conservation and Energy received a request for a Public Hearing concerning the Blue Marlin Offshore Port, LLC application for Coastal Use Permit P20200894. Interested parties are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Meeting Room, 1015 Pithon St., Lake Charles, LA 70602.
