Guidelines and any other applicable guidelines in the CZM):

a. CP Marine Offloading, LLC – Cameron, East Fork Calcasieu Pass, (proposes to place approximately
50,367 cubic yards of aggregate fill within a developed upland commercial site on the east bank of
the East Fork Calcasieu Pass in Cameron referred to as Marine Offloading Facility 32 (MOF 32
Storage yard) for construction of CP2 LNG Terminal Facilities by providing space for materials
storage and equipment staging) Cameron parish, LA. (260501)

b. Roy Bailey Construction, Inc. – Off Trosclair Road, Creole, Section 4&5, T15S, R8W, (proposed
Trosclair Borrow Pit reclamation; permit extension and amendment to the authorization of
approximately 289,900 cubic yards of clean fill from nearby construction to be used as backfill for
the two existing borrow pits instead of vegetation from recent hurricanes), Cameron Parish, LA.

c. Hilcorp Energy Company – Grand Chenier, off Grand Chenier Highway, Latitude 29°45’34.17”,
Longitude -92°50’20.9”, (proposes to access and plug the Mo Miller B #1 Well Site that is shut in
and has no future utility), Cameron Parish, LA. (260503)

d. Chevron Environmental Management Company – Hackberry, off West Main Street, Latitude
29°52’52.32”, Longitude -93°23’53.56”, (proposes to remove approximately 43.19 cubic yards of
cement from former oil and gas operations), Cameron Parish, LA. (260504)

e. Zydeco Pipeline Company, LLC – Burton Canal, Johnson Bayou, (proposes to perform (1) 4-inch
diameter soil borings up to depth of 60 feet to acquire soil samples for geotechnical data for use
in pipeline repair works), Cameron Parish, LA. (260505)

f. Triad Frisco Partners, LLC – Sabine Pass, Johnson Bayou, (North Yard New Ship Dock; proposes
use of PA 5 or 5B for virgin or maintenance dredge material. Applicant seeks to place an initial
305,638 cubic yards of material into one of the authorized placement areas and maintenance material
for a period of 10 years as needed to be able to bring in larder vessels to their facility),

7. Motion to Approve Permit Applications of Local Concern (Subject to strict compliance with the
clean-up and restoration standards found in Sections 701(B), 711(F), and 719
(M) of the Coastal use Guidelines and any other applicable guidelines in the CZM):

a. Bryan Weekly – Off Highway 171, (Klondike), Gueydan, Louisiana, (proposes to excavate a pond
for recreational use and utilize the 14,814 cy excavated material to level surrounding property),

b. Mudd Land Company – Off Highway 27, west side of Calcasieu River, (proposes to improve the
mapped non-wetland areas through redistribution of spoil existing on site and develop area for

8. Motion to Approve Appointments:

a. Imperial Calcasieu Human Service Authority Board – Accept resignation from Penny Champion and
table appointment to seek interested parties for the seat

b. Fire Protection District No. 14 – John Ogea, term expired

9. Motion granting president authority to sign proclamation declaring May 2026 as Community Action
Month

10. Motion granting president authority to sign proclamation declaring May 2026 as Older Americans
Month

11. Consideration of president authority to sign Master Service Agreement with K&M Project
Services

12. Motion granting president authority to sign a resolution ratifying and approving the
resolution of the board of commissioners of Gravity Drainage District No. 5 ordering and calling an
election to levy a tax of 6.21 mills

13. Motion granting president authority to sign contract with K&M Project Services, LLC for Health
Unit Elevation

14. Consideration of president authority to sign renewal of Interagency Agreement with Gravity
