Approval of settlement for the following property – 40 acres in Section 12, Township 12 South, Range 9 West, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, in which the Parish has an aggregate 0.5555-acre undivided interest – the Parish is not a party but there is a lawsuit pending in 38th Judicial District Court, Parish of Cameron, State of Louisiana, under docket no. 10-19202 and styled Charles J. Natali, et al v. BP America, et al. relative to this property and the settlement pertains thereto.
