  3. Other Permits:a. CAJJ, LLC – Creole, Trosclair Rd. Section 31, T14S, R7W, (proposed development of RV Park, office, and laundromat providing approximately 105 RV Spaces, to support temporary housing for construction workers and recreational camp sites), Cameron Parish, LA. (181202)

    b. Jordan Lands, LLC – Sweetlake, Off LA Hwy. 384, Section 17, T12S, R7W, (proposed excavation of borrow/pit, approximately 142 acres, to provide fill material for local industry and infrastructure), Cameron Parish, LA. (181203)

Louisiana Tank, Inc. – GIWW, Gibbstown, Section 10, T13S, R7W, (proposed maintenance dredging of existing barge slip, approximately 9,635 cubic yards to be dredged and used to backfill existing containment pit on property and the remainder of material will be utilized on-site to raise ground elevation, hauling of 6-inch aggregate to cover area, and repair existing bulkhead), Cameron Parish, LA.     d. Cameron Parish Gravity Drainage District No. 5 – Grand Chenier Area,
    (proposed levee restoration project; project consist of levee stabilization and restoration of 133,085 linear feet of five existing marsh management levee segments and 28 existing water control structures, approx. 780,520 cy of water bottom material to be dredged to restore the levees and approx. 772 cy of rip rap to be placed around the inlets and outlets of the water control structures for erosion protection), Cameron Parish, LA. Harvest Midstream – Hackberry, End of Shell Western Rd., (proposed Hackberry Crude Oil Pipeline Project; abandon in place 4-inch Tank Battery Crude Oil Pipeline (approx. 5,042 linear feet), 6-inch Black Bayou Crude Oil Pipeline (approx. 45,562 linear feet), and 6-inch Hackberry Crude Oil Mainline (approx. 15,165 linear feet), and all above-ground structures to be removed), Cameron Parish, LA.     f. Cocahoe Fishing Club, L.L.C. – Big Lake, 103 West harbor Dr., Section 28, T12S, R9W, (proposed removal of levee or relocate levee being its function or purpose is no longer necessary, applicant would prefer complete leveling of the 400 ft. levee), Cameron Parish, LA. (181207)

  3. President Authority to sign Resolution authorizing sale/purchase of Cameron
    Parish School Board Educational Conference Center Building to the Cameron Parish Library
  4. President Authority to negotiate and execute a contract with the engineering firm selected for the engineering services needed relative to the RESTORE Act and the CDBG – Disaster Recovery Program funded Rockefeller Shoreline Stabilization projects
  5. President Authority to Sign Proclamation honoring President Bush for his help in aiding Cameron Parish’s Recovery
  6. Consideration of Changer Order No. 1 – Cameron Fisheries, Increase Cost of $2,500.00 for the addition of 3 removable stainless covers with handles to cover part of the wet tank that is outside the building
