This is to advise that the Cameron Parish Police Jury intends to abandon a portion of the following described road and rights-of-way, being of no further use or necessity:
That portion of Parish Road 3143 (Davis Road) located in Sections 36 & 37, T15S-R10W, Cameron Parish, Louisiana being 6,590 feet of the southern end of Parish Road 3143 measuring north from the property leased by the Cameron Parish Police Jury from the state of Louisiana, said lease being recorded as File Number 257498 of the official records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and being a portion of the rights of way granted in that certain Road Right of Way dated March 16, 1961 by and among James S. Henry, et als. and Cameron Parish Policy Jury recorded August 10, 1961 at COB 169, Page 219 at File No. 92114 of the official records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana and Road Right of Way dated May 3, 1962 by and among E. R. Henry, et als. and Cameron Parish Policy Jury recorded June 6, 1962 at COB 178, Page 599 at File No. 94915 of the official records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, said portion of road being abandoned is located on all of the property more fully described in that certain Amended and Restated Notice of Ground Lease Agreement With Right of First Refusal dated March 25, 2019 by and between Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC and JADP Venture, LLC recorded March 26, 2019 as File No. 345049 of the official records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and that certain Amended and Restated Notice of Ground Lease Agreement With Right of First Refusal dated March 25, 2019 by and between Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC and Henry Venture, LLC recorded March 26, 2019 as File No. 345050 of the official records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
Anyone having any objections to said abandonments should make their objections known at the meeting of the Cameron Parish Police Jury, to be held Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. at the Grand Lake Conference Center/Satellite Office, 10098 Gulf Hwy, Grand Lake, Louisiana.
