  6. Comments/Objections on Permit Applications of State Concern (Subject to strict compliance with clean-up and restoration standards found in Sections 701(B), 711(F), and 719(M) of the Coastal use Guidelines and any other applicable guidelines in the CZM):
    1. High Bar Operating Company, LLC – Little Chenier Road, Latitude 29.502334, Longitude -93.0174, (proposes drilling and completion of the Boudoin No. 1 Well. Activities include temporarily removing tanks, piping and equipment during drilling and re-assembled after drilling are complete, grading a containment levee on site, extending an existing ring levee, adding fill dirt.     2. Justin J. Reeves, LLC – Calcasieu Ship Channel, Hackberry, (proposes to design and build a containment dike around Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) D to increase the dredged material storage capacity of the site as part of the Dredged Material Management Plan (DMMP) for Calcasieu Ship Channel. Due to large sediment deposits, the ship channel requires frequent dredging to maintain navigation. CDF sites provide storage capacity for material dredged annually. (P20260689), Cameron Parish, LA.     3. Targa Resources – Off Highway 82, Johnson Bayou, (proposes to install a temporary 6-inch HDPE Pipeline to move liquids from their existing metering facility to an existing staging area which is part of an operations and maintenance project occurring at their metering facility.     4. Mudd Land Company – Highway 27, West Side of Calcasieu Channel, Holly Beach, (proposes site improvement and leveling to support local developing LNG Facilities which will result in 276,223 cubic yards of fill material.(P20260638), Cameron, LA. (261008)
  7. Motion to Approve Permit Applications of Local Concern (Subject to strict compliance with the clean-up and restoration standards found in Sections 701(B), 711(F), and 719 (M) of the Coastal use Guidelines and any other applicable guidelines in the CZM):
    1. Crador Land Management, LLC – Off Big Pasture Road, Big Lake, (proposes excavation of 4.58 acre borrow pit. Material may be needed for CPRA project relating to the Cameron/Creole watershed levee. This will result in 59854 cubic yards of material. (P20260785), Cameron Parish, LA. (261003)
    2. James W. Erbelding Jr. – North of Gulf Beach Highway and Jim Erbelding Road, Johnson Bayou, (proposes reclamation/restoration of sand mining pit located Blue Buck Ridge and Hackberry Ridge. Two pits located on Jim Erbelding and one pit located north of Gulf Beach Highway. Pit will be backfilled with high organic clean fill material. This will result in 93,523 cubic yards of fill material. (P20260813), Cameron Parish, LA. (261005)
    3. Charles Bertrand – John Street, Cameron, (proposes development of RV Parks that consist of 30 RV spaces on Lots 53-57 and 2 RV spaces on Lot 24 with excavations of utility lines for electrical, water, and sewer and hauling in crushed concrete and fill dirt.     4. Wilkerson Transportation, Inc. – Northwest corner of Earl Road and Marshall Street, Cameron, (proposes 13acre laydown yard to support industrial expansion located adjacent to existing property. The applicant will have aggregate, concrete, and crushed concrete piles stored on site. This will result in 63,00 cubic yards of hauled in fill material. (P20260780), Cameron Parish, LA. (261006)

    1. Gravity Drainage District No. 7 – Russell Badon, term expired

  9. Consideration and approval of Governmental Relations Services Agreement with the Picard Group
  10. Resolution granting president authority to sign lease with DOTD for Pontoon Bridge Contingency Plan
  11. Consideration and approval granting president authority to sign Surface Access Agreements with the following for implementation and ongoing maintenance relevant to the Rain Gauge Project GPGDD#7

  12. Motion to open public hearing on the proposed change to the Cameron Parish Ordinances:
    Chapter 15 – OFFENCES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
    ARTICLE III – DISTRUBING THE PEACE
    SEC. 15.34 – VIOLATION
    Any person shall be in violation of this article
    REMOVE: if two (2) witnesses, not in the same household, but in the immediate neighborhood, complain and sign statements, describing the activity
    ADD: upon the written statement of two (2) witnesses, or upon investigation by the sheriff or his deputies.
  13. Consideration and approval of the proposed Ordinance revision as listed above
  14. Consideration and approval of Letter of Support for Cameron Port’s request to lease property from the State
  15. Consideration and approval for authority to advertise a new ordinance for perimeter privacy fencing for Recreational Vehicle Parks and Trailer Parks
  16. Consideration and approval of updated permit fee schedule
  17. Consideration and approval granting president authority to sign resolution appointing Katie Armentor to a 2-year term as a director representing the Cameron Parish Police Jury on the Louisiana Community Development Authority (LCDA) Board
  18. Authority to apply for State Capital Outlay Funding for Road Rehab Project #50-J12-25-01 and Shoreline Stabilization Project #50-J12-23-01 and grant authority to the administrator and police jury president to sign all necessary documents pertaining to this funding
  19. Consideration and approval granting president authority to sign resolution ordering and calling special election April 17, 2027 for the purpose of authorizing the levy and collection of an 18.43 Mills Ad Valorem Parish Wide Tax for a period of ten (10) years, commencing in 2027 and ending in 2036, for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, improving, maintaining, operating, and supporting public infrastructure, services, and essential facilities of the parish, including roads/bridges, courthouse, jail, health center, other public buildings, garbage collection and disposal services, with any excess over the budgeted expenditures therefore to be used for other lawful governmental purposes of the parish, including coastal endurance and forced drainage, fire protection, recreation, water systems, and gravity drainage, said excess may be allocated and shared to support special service districts created by the parish and existing for such purposes; said Tax also to be in lieu of Parish ad valorem taxes currently levied and dedicated to roads/bridges (6.61 mills), courthouse and jail (2.64 mills), and health center (1.32 mills), and conditioned upon the discontinued levy of Consolidated Garbage District No. One’s 7.86 mill tax
  20. Review and accept the monthly financial statements and budget to actual comparison
