    1. BP America Production Company (BPAPC) – Grand Chenier, Latitude 29°45’56.03″, Longitude -92°42’29.05″, (Miami Alternatives – BP Debris Removal; proposes to conduct removal of historical oil and gas related debris such as, pilings, pipes, wooden bulkheads/structures, and concrete pad materials on select portions of the Miami Alternatives, LLC property located within South Pecan Lake and Little Pecan Lake Oil and Gas Fields.     2. Cameron Parish Gravity Drainage District #4 – Oak Grove, Creole Canal, (West Oak Grove Hydrologic Improvements; proposes removal of an old, non-functional water control structure, installation of a new water control structure (variable-crested weirs), and construction of an earthen plug.     3. Patrick Hebert – 4323 Grand Chenier Highway, Grand Chenier, (proposes to fill two borrow ponds to restore natural elevations on the chenier ridge. This will result in 37,125 cubic yards of fill material. (P20260645), Cameron Parish. LA (260903)
    4. Breton Sound Holdings, LLC – Southwest of Holly Beach, (WC21 Platform and 8″ Pipeline Removal; proposes to remove existing structure Well No. 1 located in West Cameron Block 21 State Lease 17774, as well, as the 42,781 feet of 8″ inch pipeline that was installed to service the well.     5. Hilcorp Energy Company – North of Holly Beach, (proposes to conduct maintenance repairs on existing ring levee in the Second Bayou Field. Levee has eroded over time and needs to be restabilized to prevent tidal flow from entering the pad area. (P20260688), Cameron Parish, LA. (260905)
  7. Motion to Approve Permit Applications of Local Concern (Subject to strict compliance with the clean-up and restoration standards found in Sections 701(B), 711(F), and 719 (M) of the Coastal use Guidelines and any other applicable guidelines in the CZM):
    1. Beach Comber Shrimping, LLC – Creole Canal, south of Oak Grove Highway, Creole, (proposes to construct wooden dock (18ft x 12ft) by driving pylons and install 2 mooring dolphins on the north and south side of dock in order to safely secure shrimp boat. Applicant will cleanout debris from previous hurricanes in the Creole Canal, removal of old pylons near bank line along the applicant’s own waterfront frontage. (P20260637), Cameron Parish, LA.   15. Motion granting authority to advertise amending Chapter 15 – Offences and Miscellaneous Provisions ordinance
  16. Motion to approve letter addressed to the Governor and the federal delegation supporting the creation of a Cameron Parish Go Zone
  17. Motion granting authority to advertise Notice of Action Regarding Ad Valorem Tax Reform
