Lemoine Disaster Recovery, LLC – Holly Beach, Second Bayou Field of the Sabine National Wildlife Refuge, Section 12, T14S, R12W, (proposes to properly plug and abandon four (4) orphan wells (SNS 218209, 218968,221004,223579) and remove all associated production equipment, tanks, platforms, structures, flowlines, bridge structures, well pad materials, and access road materials in the Second Bayou Field of the Sabine NWR as part of a LDENR Oilfield Site Restoration program (OSR) Project. Buried flowlines will be removed by excavating small holes along the lines to then utilize the pull and cut method. All work will be conducted from existing built-up areas, working their way out of the area. Marsh excavators may be utilized for final site dressing with airboats utilized for final marsh grass planting. All areas will be returned to original marsh elevation), Cameron Parish, LA. (260402)

Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC – Sabine River, Johnson Bayou, Section 18, T15S, R15W, (KMLP 7855 2025 ECDA SPLNG Platform Piping to Launcher Digs; proposes excavation to perform four (4) external corrosion direct assessments along the SPLNG Platform Piping to Launcher Lateral to conduct necessary repairs), Cameron Parish, LA.     4. Williams – West Hackberry, Latitude -93°39’10.91”, Longitude 30°1’16.01”, (proposes to perform three (3) anomaly dig repairs on their existing pipeline), Cameron Parish, LA. (260404)
    5. Hilcorp Energy Company – Deep Lake, Grand Chenier, (proposes to maintenance propwash for barge access at the Central Facility in the Deep Lake Field), Cameron Parish, LA. (260405)

Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, LLC – Sabine River, Johnson Bayou, Section 18, T15S, R15W, (NGPL 29796 ECDA Sabine Pass Tap to Meter Site Digs; proposes excavation to perform four (4) external corrosion direct assessments along the NGPL Sabine Pass Liquefactions Interconnect to conduct the necessary repairs), Cameron Parish, LA.   8. Consideration of adopting proposed amendments to the Cameron Parish Code of Ordinances listed above to: Chapter 10 Article VII. Temporary Food Service Festivals and Fairs Sec. 10-69. Temporary Food Vendors: Holly Beach, the Village of Cameron and the Industrial LNG Facilities
    Temporary food service vendors can sell food or drink in a temporary location on Holly Beach, the Village of Cameron and the Industrial LNG Facilities provided:
    REMOVE THE FOLLOWING:
    (6) A limit of no more than 5 temporary food permits in the Village of Cameron issued within one (1) year, and allow Applicants 60 days to comply with permit. Excluding vendors selling food products such as ice cream, frozen novelties, snow cones, etc.
