    In accordance with LA RS 32:41, the Cameron Parish Police Jury reserves the right to temporarily restrict public access on any parish road when it is determined that unsafe conditions exist due to any of the following activities, with said parish road being returned to its original state of use after the governing authority determines conditions are safe to resume public use,

    1. Road maintenance activity
    2. Public works projects
    3. Private construction projects, provided that

    a. Local business interests are provided access to conduct business within the temporary traffic restricted area

    b. Property owners are allowed access to their property affected by temporary traffic restricted area

    4. Flooding or storm damage

  2. Authority to Adopt Resolution to Amend Parish Ordinance – Chapter 19 – Roads & Drainage, Article 1. – In General (as listed in Item 18)
  3. Approve Submittal of Nominees to Division of Administration for Governor’s appointment to serve as Cameron Parish Representative to the Lake Charles Port Board
