- Black Bayou Gas Storage, LLC – Off Old Gum Cove Road, Hackberry, (proposes to develop the Black Bayou Gas Storage Project in Cameron and Calcasieu Parishes, to provide natural gas storage, balancing, and wheeling services in the Gulf Coast region. Project will provide approximately 34.7 billion cubic feet of underground natural gas working storage capacity in Cameron Parish, which included the construction and operation of four natural gas storage caverns, one compressor station, one leaching plant, nine freshwater wells, nine saltwater disposal wells, associated piping and valve settings, and other appurtenant facilities. The natural gas storage caverns will be supplied by two 27.4 mile, 24-inch diameter, looped bi-
directional natural gas pipelines (collectively, the Header Pipelines) that will interconnect with existing and planned third party interstate natural gas transmission pipelines. Facilities associated with the Header Pipelines include 10-meter stations and 5 mainline valve sites), Cameron Parish, LA.
