Waiver
I hereby acknowledge on behalf of myself and my minor child, if any, that participating in Ocean Conservancy's Cleanup event involves potential risk of injury, including slipping and falling into a body of water, cutting yourself with sharp objects of litter, and exposure to natural elements such as heat, foliage and wildlife. I/we agree to adhere to all Ocean Conservancy's instructions. On behalf of myself and my minor child, if any, I do hereby release and forever discharge Ocean Conservancy and it's officers trustees, employees, agents, servants and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, judgments, expenses, injuries to person(s) or property sustained or incurred in connection with, or as a result of my participation in, the aforementioned event. I agree to Ocean Conservancy wholly harmless for any and all liability, loss, expense, or damage it may incur by virtue of allowing me to participate in the aforementioned event.

Photo Release
As a participant, or parent or guardian of a participant in the Cleanup, and by signing this release, I hereby give Ocean Conservancy, its partners and assigns, and the Photographer / Filmmaker and assigns my permission to take picture/video (the "Content") of me and my minor child, if any, and to license the Content and to use the Content in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.

Certification
I certify that I have read this document and understand it. I have the right and ability to sign this Release. I am eighteen years of age or older, and, if acting on behalf of a minor, have every right to contract for the minor in the above regard.

Cameron Parish Beach Sweep Waiver and Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the Cameron Parish Beach Sweep/Mashland Organization/Cameron Parish Beachfront Development Districrs #1, #2 from any claims or lawsuits arising out of my participation in this event.
